Cotner, N. A.

Dr. Cotner, age 72, of Grove Oklahoma, died Dec 3, 1999, in a Joplin Missouri hospital. Born Mar 28, 1927, in Booneville Arkansas to H. H. Cotner and Myrtle Cotner. With his twin brother Gordon Cotner, Doc lived in Booneville until 1942. A veteran he joined the U.S. Navy in 1944. Served with the Navy Seabees, seeing action in Saipan and Okinawa and later serving with the occupation force in Japan. Discharged in 1948. Preceded in death by his twin brother Gordon. His wife survives. Worley-Luginbuel funeral home in Grove. Burial place is not given.
