Burr, Donald Houston

age 88, of Baxter Springs Kansas, died Sep 4, 1999, at a Joplin Missouri hospital. Born Jun 20, 1911, in Asbury Missouri to Henry "Hugh" Burr and Grace Elizabeth Burr. A veteran, during World Ward II he served in the Pacific as a major in the U.S. Army. After the war he was active in the Reserves until being called to active duty in Korea. Burial in the Quaker Valley cemetery, north of Riverton Kansas.
