Born Dec 11, 1922, in Linden Iowa, to the late Fred Wood and Beulah Clouse Wood. A veteran, he served in the U.S. Army Air Corps for five years, serving in the South Pacific for two and a half years. He married Mary O. Bosworth on Jul 14, 1942, in Webster City Iowa, she survives. Foster funeral home, Webster City. Burial at Cass Center cemetery, near Webster City Iowa.
