Jason Robbins, 22, a Wyandotte Okla man, has pleaded innocent to a first degree murder charge in the death of his girlfriend's 1 year old daughter, Destiny. Hospital staffers found a soft spot on her head and bruises on her body that were not consistent with a fall. Robbins told authorities he saw the child standing on the back of a couch and when he yelled at the girl, she fell and hit her head, he said.
