Born Aug 27, 1942, at Picher Oklahoma to George E. Williams and Verna Dennison Williams. A graduate of Picher schools. An Air Force veteran. He worked at McConnell Air Force Base for 33 years in the civil engineering heat department. Married Donna Neely on Jun 13, 1964, at Picher, she survives. Burial in the Baxter Springs Kansas cemetery.
