Born Sep 26, 1905, in Indian Territory Oklahoma, to James Armstrong and Xemenia Doores Armstrong. She attended Post Elementary School in Craig County and Welch High School. She married Arthur Williams on Nov 10, 1923, in Oswego Kansas. He preceded her in death on Aug 26, 1983. Burial is at Williams Timberhill cemetery, east of Welch Oklahoma.
