of Treece Kansas, formerly of Douthat and Commerce Oklahoma, age 83, he died Mar 30, 2000.

Born Jun 6, 1916, at Galena Kansas, to John Welch and Delia Cooper Welch. He was a former hard rock lead and zinc miner and had worked for the past several years as an auto mechanic. Preceded in death by his first wife Frances Welch in 1973. He married Penny H. Jackson on Sep 9, 1987, in Las Vegas Nevada, she survives. Paul Thomas funeral home, Picher Oklahoma. Burial G.A.R. cemetery, Miami.
