Washom, Amos Joseph John

age 82, died at Wichita Kansas, after suffering for several years with Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's. Born Oct 29, 1918, in Chitwood Missouri, to Haywood Washom and Minnie Wilkinson Washom. He worked in the hard rock lead and zinc mines in the Treece Kansas and Picher Oklahoma fields. Married Alice Nell Truesdell on Apr 17, 1943. She preceded him in death on Feb 7, 1999. Burial in Baxter Springs Kansas cemetery.
