Born Jan 25, 1927, in Miami to Clarence Timmons and Florence Wagner Timmons. The Rev. Pearl Ellen Stephens was a retired pastor. She married Orval E. Stephens on Jun 24, 1961, in Lyons Oregon at Santiam Chapel. He survives. Burial in the Glen Abbey Memorials Gardens cemetery east of Miami.
