Oaks, died Mar 28, 2000, at Siloam Springs Arkansas. He was 59. He was born Jun 7, 1940, in Old Eucha Oklahoma, to Whitaker Soldier and Maggie O'Field Soldier. He was a member of the Cherokee Nation. He was married to Linda Lou Kelly. She preceded him in death on Dec 7, 1994. Worley-Luginbuel funeral home. Burial in the Long Prairie cemetery at Jay Oklahoma.
