Sgt. Shipley's name appears on the Moving Wall. Hundreds flocked to the Moving Wall over the past week, eight soldiers from Miami were remembered as attention was drawn to local veterans memorialized on the wall. Soldiers remembered included Private First Class Leonard Eulitt, Sergeant Lonnie Dumas, Sergeant Gary Midkiff, Corporal Donald Rankins, 2nd Lieutenant James Ranstead, Private First Class Thomas Robinson and Spec. Ronald Sanders. They ranged in age from 19 to 25. Four were single, four were married and all were natives of Miami. A photo of the wall.
