age 62, died May 24, 2000, at Afton Okla. Born May 14, 1938, at Fairland Oklahoma to Joseph Schmeling and Elsie Miester Schmeling. Married Frances Ratzloff on Nov 29, 1959, at Afton. She preceded him in death on Oct 24. Married Freida Frost Blaikie on Oct 21, 1995, at Miami, she survives. Burial in St. Paul's Lutheran cemetery, Fairland.
