age 76, died Jul 27, 2001, at Mesquite Texas, after a long battle with cancer. Born Jul 25, 1925,in Quapaw Oklahoma to John Henry Byard and Agnes M. Byard. Preceded in death by her husband of 11 years, Robert David Franklin, Sr., and her husband of 14 years, James H. Phillips. Paul Thomas funeral home, Picher Oklahoma. Burial in Baxter Springs Kansas cemetery.
