Dr. Panter, Ed.D, age 57, of Okmulgee Oklahoma, died Jul 20, 2000. Born Oct 2, 1942 in Prairie Grove Arkansas to John Leroy Panter and Frances H. Wofford Panter. Married Virginia Louise Self on Aug 18, 1963, in McAlester Oklahoma, she survives. McClendon funeral home. Burial in the Stillwell New Hope cemetery, Stilwell Oklahoma.
