Mead, Quade Dylon

age 6, of Chetopa Kansas, died Sep 8, 2001, due to injuries received in a car accident. Born Jun 12, 1995, in Joplin Missouri, to Amber Dawn Mead. He attended kindergarten in Riverton Kansas. Survivors include his mother, and his stepfather, Terry Carey, Picher Oklahoma. Burial at Fairview cemetery, Melrose Kansas.
