Born Dec 25, 1930, in Douthat Oklahoma to John Parsley and Retha Donaldson Parsley. Graduated from Picher High School in 1949. Also a graduate of Miami Beauty College. Married Jack Kelley on Nov 23, 1948, at Bentonville Arkansas. He survives. Burial in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami.
