Born on Nov 24, 1928, the 12th of 13 children in the Big Bone Community in Ottawa county Oklahoma, to James Jackson and Nancy Casper Jackson. On Jul 31, 1948 he married Dora Mae Black, who preceded him in death. Charlie traveled the United States for 38 years working on pipeline construction. He retired out of the Alaskan Pipeline in 1984.
