age 78, died Dec 23, 2001, at Grove Oklahoma. Born Dec 23, 1923, in Bixby Oklahoma to Elmer Hoover and Ida Hartgraves Hoover. A veteran, he served in the Navy during World War II. Married Nancy Loraine Jones on Jan 9, 1943. She preceded him in death on Oct 29, 1980. He married P. J. Jones on Oct 2, 1982, she survives. Worley-Luginbuel funeral home, Grove.
