Highley, Frank

formerly of Welch Oklahoma, died this week in Tucson Arizona, after an accident. He was 56. Born Aug 8, 1944, in Prairie Grove Arkansas, to George J. Highley and Martha C. Jamison Highley. An Army veteran, he worked as an orderly in the U.S. Armed Forces and served during the Korean War. Thomas funeral home at Welch. Burial at Welch City cemetery.
