Hembree, Alexis G.

5 month old daughter of Timothy Wayne Hembree and Tara L. Fischer Hembree, died Aug 23, 2001, at a Joplin Missouri hospital, after an illness since birth. Born Mar 9, 2001, at a Joplin hospital. Burial at the New Salem cemetery, west of Neosho Missouri.
