Photo. Born Jan 7, 1929, at North Miami Oklahoma to L. E. Hankins and Minnie Storey Hankins. An Army veteran, he served during the Korean Conflict. Married Loretta Mitchell on Nov 1, 1948, at Bentonville Arkansas, she survives. Burial at the G.A.R. cemetery at Miami.
