of Picher Oklahoma, age 18, died after a one-car accident one mile south of Picher on a county road. She was a passenger in a van driven by Tammy Willoughby, 19, of Quapaw Oklahoma. The van was west bound on the county road when it ran off the south side of the road and hit the ditch. It rolled twice and both teens were ejected from the vehicle. Green was dead at the scene. Willoughby was reported in good condition with head and leg injuries.
