Goins, Dennis

age 66, of Fairland Oklahoma died Dec 17, 2000 at Muskogee Oklahoma. Born Jan 31, 1934, in Big Cabin Oklahoma to Herman Goins and Opal Page Goins. An Air Force veteran. He was a chef for many years and was known as the "Pepper Man" because he loved to make salsa. His wife Betty Goins survives. Luginbuel funeral home, Vinita Oklahoma. Burial in the family plot at Fairview cemetery.
