born Jul 20, 1927, in Judson Missouri to Julian Chapple Foote and Myrtle Breedlove Foote. An Army veteran, he served during World War II. Married Mary Louise Howe on Apr 9, 1952, in Clinton Missouri, she survives. Burial in the Fort Gibson Oklahoma National Veterans cemetery.
