Dugan, Thomas Francis

A veteran, he served on the USS Hailey Destroyer in the South Pacific during World War II. Married Elaine Weekly, they had been married 45 years when she preceded him in death on Jan 25, 1990. Married Jeannette Mitchell Hall on Nov 7, 1992, in Baxter Springs Kansas, she survives. Burial in Pence cemetery, rural Baxter Springs.
