A World War II veteran. He served as a radar operator aboard the USS Chapel Hill Victory. After discharge from the U.S. Army in 1946, he moved to Wyandotte. Married Corene R. Cahman, Oct 11, 1939, she preceded him in death, in a Jan 17, 1985 traffic accident. Paul Thomas funeral home of Miami. Burial in the Wyandotte cemetery.
