Boyd, Robert William

age 88, of Chetopa Kansas, died at Joplin Missouri. He grew up and attended school in the Picher Oklahoma and Commerce Oklahoma area. Veteran of the 259th Engineers Combat Battalion of the U.S. Army, in the Asiatic Pacific during World War II. Thomas funeral home at Welch Oklahoma. Burial in Lake Creek cemetery, west of Chetopa.
