Born Aug 29, 1916, in Emporia Kansas to Thomas Jefferson Childers and Jessie Mable Cozad Childers. She has lived in Miami for the past 15 years moving from Grove Okla. She was a nurse. Married Herbert Clarence Eddis on Aug 3, 1944, in Des Moines Iowa. He preceded her in death in May 1960. She was also preceded in death by husband Roscoe Winn in November 1967. Burial at the Laurel Hill cemetery in Des Moines.
