Research Notes: born May 30, 1942, in Quapaw Okla to Sam Tyner and Ann Locust Tyner. Lived in Vinita Okla for the past eight years, moving from Quapaw. Married Mary Elizabeth Black on Aug 26, 1980. She preceded him in death in July 1984. Indian rites will be conducted by Wayne Blalock and Dwight. Burial in the Military cemetery, northwest of Langley Okla.
