Turner, Laura

of Fairland Okla, died Dec 29, 2002, at the Grove Okla Nursing Center after a long illness. She was 98.

Born Jun 19, 1904, in Tishomingo to Pinkney Thomas and Hattie May Hawkins Thomas. Her father died when she was three weeks old. She was raised in Bokchito and later moved to the Altus Okla area. She moved to Fairland in 1942. Married Marion E. Turner in 1929. He preceded her in death on Apr 23, 1982. Burial will be in Fairland cemetery.
