born May 5, 1909, in Bartlett Kansas to John Tullis and Rose Pever Tullis. Graduate of Altamont Kansas high school. Lived in the Chetopa Kansas and Welch Okla area as a young child. Married Stella Peck on Nov 19, 1938, in Neosho Missouri, she survives. Burial in Lake Creek cemetery in Bartlett Kansas.
