Tullis, Joe H.

of Welch Okla, died May 17, 2003, at his home after a sudden illness. He was 96. Born May 18,1906, in Bartlett Kansas, to John Tullis and Rose Leta Pever Tullis. He was a lifelong area resident and a graduate of Altamont Kansas High School. He owned and operated the family farm near Welch. Married Mildred Anderson on Nov 6, 1930. She preceded him in death on Mar 10, 1996. Burial in Oak Hill cemetery in Chetopa Kansas.
