born Apr 15, 1907 in Vinita Indian Territory to David D. Jenkins and Amanda England Jenkins. She was the youngest and last surviving of 11 children. Married to Floyd Jack' Rogers. He preceded her in death. Married Charles Specker, he preceded her in death in 1973. Burial in G.A.R. cemetery of Miami.
