Born Jul 6, 1939, near Medaryville Indiana, to Orville Smith and Maxine Smith. He moved to Miami in 1974. A veteran of the Navy where he served on the USS Kittyhawk. He owned and operated Chuck's Lock and Key Service for 28 years. Married Beverly Minniss on Feb 20, 1963, in Fontana California. She survives. Cremated with no burial place given.
