a photo. Born Feb 12, 1950, in Claremore Okla to Cifford R. Scott, Sr. and Roman Pat' Ball Scott. Lived in Quapaw for 33 years, moving from New Plymouth Idaho. A veteran of the Vietnam War where he served in the 123rd Aviation Battalion. Married Sherrie Mangum on Dec 23, 1970, in Quapaw, she survives. His cousins, Kevin Dawes, Cap Ulrey and John Ballard will conduct the Indian rites. Burial in the Ottawa Indian cemetery, east of Miami.
