Rowe, Howard Eugene

age 59, of Topeka Kansas, died Mar 9, 2002, at Topeka. Born Jan 25, 1943, in Martinsville Indiana to Lovie Rowe and Ella McElhany Rowe. He was raised in Fairland Okla. A veteran he served in the Army from 1965 to 1968 and was stationed in Germany. Cremated. Burial place not given.
