Roberson, Thomas Eugene

Gene Roberson, age 85, died May 15, 2002, in Grove Okla hospital. Born Jul 9, 1916 in Ripley county Missouri to Thomas E. Roberson and Cordealia Cates Roberson. He moved to Grove in August 1981. A veteran, he served with the U.S. Army during World War II as a tech sergeant in Europe. He served in the CCC in 1938. Married Ollie B. Artz on Nov 4, 1942, in Dewey Okla, she survives. Burial in Memorial Park cemetery in Bartlesville Okla.
