Riley, Arthur Harold

Art Riley, age 78, of rural Coffeyville Kansas, died Jul 6, 2002, at Tulsa Regional Medical center. Born Jul 23, 1923, in rural Edna Kansas to Earl Sylvester Riley and Daisy May Riley. He attended school in Craig county Okla. He later lived in Welch before moving to Coffeyville. A veteran, he served as a medic in the U.S. Army during World War II and was wounded on Aug 14, 1944, in France. He received a Purple Heart, Bronze Star and other medals for his service. Married Ella Ruth Mooney on Jan 3, 1953, in Eureka Springs Arkansas. She preceded him in death on Sep 27, 1983. Married Darlene Eastham on May 4, 1986. She preceded him in death on Jul 13, 1997. Burial in Restlawn Memorial Park cemetery in Coffeyville.
