Bill' Ramsey, age 73, of Arkansas City died Feb 26, 2002. Born Jan 6, 1929, in Arkansas City to Fred Leslie Ramsey and Edith Elizabeth Mullett Ramsey. Married Neewannah Schmidt on May 29, 1955, in Miami. The couple made their home in Arkansas City most of their married lives, she survives. Burial in the Hope cemetery, Arkansas City.
