Proctor, Daniel

of Jay Okla, died Jul 17, 2003. He was 82. Born May 23, 1921, in rural Delaware county Okla to Willie Proctor and Eliza Backwater Proctor. He was a World War II veteran of the Army before being medically discharged. He was a tribal elder of the United Keetoowah Band. Married Lucille Bark on Oct 4, 1944. She preceded him in death in 1994. Burial in Clouds Creek cemetery.
