Powderly, Joseph Eugene

of Miami died Mar 6, after an illness. He was 80.

born Jul 13, 1922, in Indianapolis Indiana to Joseph Lawrence Powderly and Alice Weaver Powderly. He had lived in Miami for 47 years, moving here from Indianapolis. He retired from Eagle-Picher after 31 years of service as a contract and sales manager. He was a World War II Army Air Corps, veteran and served as a navigational pilot with the B-29s. Married Betty Bee' Powderly on Jul 12, 1945 in Joplin Missouri. She survives. Burial in Mount Hope cemetery in Joplin.
