Potts, James Franklin

Jim Potts, of Wyandotte Okla, died Aug 26, 2003, in Galena Kansas. He was 51.

Born Dec 29, 1951, in Miami to Jack Potts and Billie Brewster Potts. He was a member of the Cherokee Tribe. An Army veteran, in 1985 he re-enlisted with the Army and served in California, Lawton, Louisiana, Germany and Bosnia. He was discharged in 1997. Married Carolyn Lyons on May 18, 1985, in Waurika, she survives. Burial in G.A.R. cemetery, Miami.
