born Apr 26, 1942, in Picher Okla to Sim Potter and Lillian Duffel Potter. A veteran he served in the U.S. Navy. Lived in Cherryvale for four years, moving from Hayes Kansas. Married Mary Green on Sep 10, 1992, in St. Mary Kansas, she survives. Burial in the G.A.R. cemetery in Miami.
