Lived in Quapaw for the past 20 years moving from Galena Kansas. A veteran, he served in the military during the Korean War. He worked as a mechanic for the police and fire department. Married to Ruth Ann Moreland Peters who preceded him in death Oct 13, 2001. Burial in the Mt. Hope cemetery in Afton Okla.
