Palmer, Sarah Monique

age 19, shot to death in March 1997. Lawmen are hoping the arrest of Brandon Lee Jones, 25 of Picher Okla and Jimmy Neal Rather, 47 of Miami, may have solved a five-year-old double murder mystery. Harmon Samuel Fenton, age 33, and Sarah Monique Palmer, 19, both of Commerce Okla were found dead in the bed of Fenton's pick-up truck in an isolated shed northeast of Melrose Kansas. The authorities now believe they were shot in Ottawa county Okla and that their bodies were moved across the state line.

Murder charges dropped.
