Palmer, Milt

born Jul 17, 1915, in Foyil. Lived in the Miami area for the last 59 years. He served for more than 40 years as a precinct judge on the Ottawa County Election Board. Married Reba Faye Robinson on May 2, 1937, in Joplin. She preceded him in death Jan 12,1998. Burial will be in Seneca Missouri cemetery.
