born Jan 27, 1923, in Afton to Clinton Stacy and Celia Van Winkle Stacy. Lived in Afton all of her life. Married Nolon Phillip Oakley on Dec 15, 1945, in Columbus Kansas. He preceded her in death on Jan 1, 1998. Burial will be in the Sixkiller cemetery, south of Afton.
