Born Feb 20, 1915, in rural Bentonville Arkansas to George Kerr and Minnie S. Scroggins Kerr. Lived in the Miami area for many years before moving to Peoria several years ago. Married to Eugene B. Mantle, he preceded her in death in August 1947. Married Neil Norton on Dec 31, 1969, in Miami. He survives. Burial in the G.A.R. cemetery in Miami.
