age 59, died Apr 22, 2002, at her Welch Okla home. Born Feb 19, 1943, in Picher Okla to Clifton Mullens and Lois Ball Mullens. Attend Picher and Quapaw Okla schools and continued her education in Tulsa Okla. Married Merle Edwin Neil on Sep 19, 1962, in Grants New Mexico. He survives. Burial in the Ottawa Indian cemetery near Miami.
