Neel, Elsie Pauline

died May 18, 2003, at Grove Okla. She was 82. Born Jun 1, 1920, in Ottawa county Okla to Rufus Herman Smith and Mary Esther Winnie Smith. She attended Wyandotte Indian School and Chilocco Indian School. She was a member of the Seneca Cayuga Tribe of Okla. Burial in Council House cemetery.
